Lieutenant General John B. Conaway, USAF (Ret) is Chairman, Emeritus. He established the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program in 1992 and co-founded the National Guard Youth Foundation. He served as the 22nd Chief of the National Guard Bureau, as well as Vice Chief, NGB and Director of the Air National Guard. His continued support stems from his strong desire to improve the lives of our nation’s youth.
