The price of success is hard work, dedication, determination, and that whether we win or lose we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand. I am asked very often how I am doing, and this is a question that brings an instant smile to my face. Sometimes, providing an overview my life takes a lot, but when I sit down and write, I find there is a lot to look forward to.

The pursuit of success is my daily task as I pursue a successful career as young professional in the field of Economics. I am filled with accomplishments. Most recently, I finished a term of service with AmeriCorps pioneering a Financial Literacy project in my local school. I am currently an intern for Product Management at Computer Services, Inc., a Core Processing company, from Paducah, Kentucky. I am also in preparation for a new adventure as I arrange to spend this upcoming semester in Washington, D.C., and I expect to land an internship in the financial sector.

After spending my fall semester in Washington, D.C I will return to Valparaiso University for my last semester of undergraduate studies. Being a senior in college is something that fills me with pride – never in a million year would I have thought that I would be where I am today. I have been fortunate to have people and organizations such as NGYF that have provided me with the support to pursue my dreams. After ChalleNGe, I realized the starting point of all achievement is desire – and of that I am blessed with much.
