Scott Bousum chairs the Government Relations Committee. He is principal of Bousum Consulting, LLC and a Legislative Director at the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS). Bousum Consulting, LLC champions cutting edge Commercial of the Shelf solutions to Capitol Hill.

He is keenly focused on connecting businesses with senior leaders of the Army and Air National Guard and the Congressional Defense Committees, in order to secure National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account (NGREA) funds, and/or create DOD Requests for Proposals. Before joining EANGUS, he clerked on the House Armed Services Committee, Tactical Air and Land Forces Subcommittee.
